Behind the Scenes
Tim has been a Chef since 1988 and started his apprenticeship at Millenium Manuel’s – then travelled overseas coming back to be the Executive Chef at the Rydges Wellington.
The Meal Makers kitchen is an industrious little hive with a great team that happily chip in to bring together the weekly orders. All hands are on deck on Tuesday morning to have the weeks orders made, trayed, sealed and out the door on Thursday when you will catch Tim in his trusty delivery van covering the Taupo area with local deliveries.
We believe in supporting local, so where possible our meals are made with fresh local produce and without added preservatives. We love fresh and natural flavours and use homegrown herbs, fresh vegetables and quality meats.
