  • What are the cutoff times for orders?Orders must be placed by Sunday 11.59pm to be dispatched on Wednesday. Taupo will be delivered on Wednesday with the rest of the North Island delivered on Thursday.
  • How can I order?You can place an order through our website or call Tim on 027 506 0387, credit card payments over the phone are accepted.
  • Can I purchase a gift voucher?Yes, gift vouchers are great for families and individuals who would be grateful for a night or two off from organising, cooking and serving dinner. Perfect for families with a new wee member or those managing health issues. Please contact us for more info.
  • How do I store my meals?Store meals in the fridge at below 4 degrees Celsius.  You can freeze your meals for up to 3 months.
  • How do I heat my meals in the microwave?3-4 minutes on high, remember to peel back one corner of the seal to release steam and remove parmesan cheese container before heating if applicable. Heating instructions are also on the label as a reminder.
  • How do I heat my meals in the oven?Remove the seal completely and parmesan cheese container if applicable. Heat in the container in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 10 mins. Heating instructions are also on the label as a reminder.
  • Is there a minimum order?There are no minimum orders, however, to maximise courier costs, it is best to fill the box which holds 8 meals.
  • Do you have nutritional information / ingredients?A nutritional panel and ingredients list is on the label for each dish, you can also find it on our website.
  • How long will my meal last?Meals last up to 5 days in the fridge. An expiry date is also on the label.

  • How are the meals kept safe/cold during delivery.We use chill boxes with cool wool and chill packs to ensure meals are maintained within a safe temperature from the time they leave our kitchen to arriving in yours. We often put a thermometer tracker in the delivery boxes with a self addressed return envelope to ensure that our transporting and packaging systems are working.
  • Can I pick up my meals?We are located in Taupo, locals are welcome to pick up there meals. For visitors to Taupo who have pre-ordered meals, we can arrange a suitable pick up time or we can deliver meals to your accommodation before you arrive.
  • What is the cost of delivery?We use NZ couriers for all meal deliveries. All online orders are charged a minimum $2.00 per order for processing & handling. The costs per region can be selected at checkout.
  • What if I am not at home for my delivery?Your delivery can be left at the door, however for optimised quality we recommend your delivery be refrigerated as soon as possible.
  • Can I choose my delivery day?Our delivery day is currently Wednesday for Taupo and Thursday for the rest of the North Island.
